Lauren Tapp became part of the Complete Technology Services team in 2016. Lauren has served the company in numerous roles over her six-year employment, based on the company’s developing needs.
Lauren has played a part in everything from administration to procurement management, and recruitment. She has most recently been named the Director of People Operations, and she serves as the company’s Senior HR Generalist. Lauren has a Master’s Degree in Psychology, and a history of experience in human services, employee development, training, and management.
Lauren’s favorite part of working for CTS is focusing on employee engagement and cultural growth, within a company that truly values its people.
Lauren grew up in Overland Park, Kansas. She attended K-State for her undergraduate and Avila University for her master’s degree. Lauren likes to spend her free time with her husband, daughter, and her 85-pound American Bulldog, Beans!
