Complete Technology is proud to announce and welcome Sarah Goodin as the Company’s Vice President of Operations. Since inception, Complete Technology has been focused on providing enterprise level managed IT services to small and mid-sized businesses in the Kansas City area. With a client-first focus, Complete Technology offers help desk, security, network, backup & recovery and consulting services. Complete Technology has remained focused on this concept through our growth and the addition of Sarah will help us continue this. Sarah will be responsible for operational leadership, project management, process improvement as well as general management responsibilities.
Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from Kansas State University. She remains active in the Kansas State University community as an Executive Mentor for the College of Business.
Sarah joins Complete Technology from Service Management Group located in Kansas City, MO. Service Management Group (SMG) partners is a Kansas City firm with enterprise organizations around the globe to create better customer and employee experiences. Sarah served as the Associate Director responsible for coordinating the design, development, and implementation of client programs around the globe. She is experienced in leadership, project management, and adaptability within a growing company. "We're confident and excited about the positive impact that Sarah's experience will bring to our team.
