Ray brings more than 20 years of IT and managed services leadership experience to Complete Technology Services. As Vice President of Operations, he is responsible for ensuring that CTS consistently delivers an exceptional client experience while building the processes, systems, and teams that support long-term growth.
Throughout his career, Ray has been passionate about helping organizations leverage technology to operate more efficiently, securely, and strategically. He believes great service starts with great people, and he is committed to creating an environment where CTS team members can thrive while delivering outstanding results for clients.
Before joining CTS, Ray spent more than a decade with NetStandard, where he held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Managed Services. His extensive MSP experience and operational expertise help CTS continue to scale while maintaining the responsiveness, accountability, and client focus that define the company.
Ray earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University and has dedicated much of his career to leading high-performing technology teams.
Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending time with his family, being on the lake, and tackling projects around the yard.
