Meet our Chief Operating Officer, Donny Reyes
Donny Reyes brings a track record of over 25 years of experience to his role as the Chief Operating Officer at Complete Technology Services. He is passionate about developing and supporting his leadership team and is most excited to bring his years of expertise to support the vision of growth for CTS in the coming years.
Hailing originally from Northern New Jersey, Donny is an alumnus of the School of Management at Syracuse University, where he earned dual degrees in Human Resource Management and Management of Information Systems. His professional journey commenced at United Technologies Carrier Corporation in Syracuse, where he held positions in HR Information Systems and Educational Technology at United Technologies Corporate. Transitioning into the IT Managed Services realm, Donny spent the subsequent decade cementing his reputation as a leader in the MSP industry. He spearheaded the growth and operations of multiple teams across the Washington D.C. and Virginia regions, with a specialized focus on Medical IT support and compliance.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Donny finds fulfillment in spending quality time with his wife Kelly raising his two kids, Mia and Gabe. Committed to giving back to his community, he actively volunteers as a reading tutor and supports the Life Enrichment Center. Donny also takes pride in coaching his son's lacrosse teams, embodying his passion for mentorship and leadership development both on and off the field.
